  • ★Honey

  • ★Toasted sesame seeds

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt
    to taste
  • Black pepper
    to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the root vegetables into pieces of 1 cm thickness and halve the mushrooms. Drizzle them with olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast them in a pre-heated oven set at 200 degrees Celsius for about 12 minutes.

  2. Cut the carrot, onion and ginger for the dressing into 2 cm cubes, combine them with the ingredients marked with a ★, and blitz them in a food processor.
